(Monterey County) Leon Panetta, Secretary of Defense, made public his absolute disdain and outrage about US Soldiers urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban. After I wrote about Mayor Jones being arrested for possession of crack cocaine when he was a City Councilman Jones started telling people that he knew for a fact that I was a dangerous member of the Ku Klux Klan. It is incredible that United States Attorney, Mr. Thomas Stevens, has not yet picked up the phone and given me a call concerning the letter I sent him. The USDOJ is acting as if there is nothing to investigate. It is devastating upon the integrity of California law enforcement and the judiciary. It involves Secretary of Defense Mr. Leon Panetta and McClatchy Newspapers covering up the crimes. Why in the world wouldn’t Mr. Stevens call…or is he being told not to? Panetta at any time (and I am sure he did), could pick up the phone and call Tony Lombardo, attorney for Clint Eastwood, or Michael Stamp, the most respected constitutional attorney in Monterey, and asked them if they witnessed Judge O’Farrell go off and arrest me without cause in his courtroom. The Monterey Herald, not wanting to miss the opportunity to smear me without my side of the story, printed “Recall Candidate Jailed For Contempt”. I later took the depositions of attorneys Mr. Anthony Lombardo, who represents Clint Eastwood, and Mr. Michael Stamp, a very respected constitutional attorney in Monterey, who were present when O’Farrell arrested me for contempt. They both testified that they did not see me do anything disrespectful to the court. Like a bolt of lightning on April 7th, 2011, I was contacted by Grand Juror Tomsha who informed me that because I spoke on the radio program in Monterey on Saturday that the Merced County Counsel James Fincher said that the jurors had to re-vote the investigation to terminate it. Gene Forte reported Grand Jury tampering, retaliatory prosecution, false arrests, battery by the police, and death threats to the FBI. Yet the FBI has not contacted Forte. Why? Is it because some of the perpetrators are pictured on left? Forte filed a complaint with substantial evidence requesting an investigation of abuses done under the color of law by Merced County Officials on March 1st, 2011.
