Forte is arrested for “lunging” at a judge. This issue shows how government sticks together using the Sheriff’s Department to punish a citizen when he exercises his legal right to enact a citizen’s arrest on one of them. Letters to various agencies are included to illustrate the “game they play.” Media and government are partners.

The Recall of Mayor Tommy Jones is not about politics, or his arrest for the possession of crack cocaine in 1999. It’s about citizens saying that enough is enough. Citizens are joining forces to show they can hold uncivil civil servants accountable without public officials. The theme of the movie V for Vendetta is the backdrop for V is for RECALL.
The Badger reports on undisclosed loans to Mayor Tommy Jones from Merced County Developer Greg Hostetler of Ranchwood Homes.

In my life, the lure I have chased is justice. I have caught the lure, and it is not a rabbit. It is unaccountable civil servants.” (The Badger)
The Badger is playing a game of Five Card Badger (Poker) with “The Good ol’ Boys.” Who are they? Are they organized? In the movie, The Usual Suspects, Verbil Kent, said, “The greatest trick that Satan pulled on the world was first getting it to believe that he didn’t exist.” The Badger submits the Good ol’ Boys have the same strategy.
A cabal has a plan, a plot, and plotters. The Badger believes that a well-planned cabal creates the illusion of a mess. The Badger’s father once told him, “even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile,” meaning, this time The Badger is right on target.
