I am fighting a battle with some tyrannical thugs in Merced County that have Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (from Monterey County) watching their back..with McClatchy Newspapers riding shotgun.

Dear Mr. Pfeiff/MCDA,

Another week has past and you have still not responded to my numerous requests for communications concerning the above referenced case.

I checked this morning with the criminal court clerk of Merced and it was verified that the pre-trial conference is set for May 24th, 2011 and the trial date is still set for June 7th, 2011 in the above referenced case.  It was also verified that Ms. Barbara O’Neill is still my attorney of record in the above cases.

Each night I continue to lose sleep worrying about these matters, and my wife and family continue to be under duress.

Both my wife and I know really how despicable your conduct and that of Ms. O’Neill has been.  Numerous attorneys we have checked with have said that Ms. O’Neill and yourself should have your licenses pulled over this matter.

All judges of the self disqualified bench, and members of the County Board Supervisors that continue to go along with the ruse you are pulling for DA Morse and Merced County Counsel James Fincher are going to be held accountable for the torment my family and I are being submitted to.

With that said, you will find that this letter along with all of the previous emails sent you, which were also sent by fax, have been sent to you by Certified Mail today.

It is unconscionable to perceive that you have tossed my confidential files into a black hole and not communicated with me in any way.

I asked you in my last email that if in your legal opinion Ms. O’Neill is no longer my attorney of record even though she is listed as my attorney of record in the court files.  You provided no answer.

If I do not have an answer from you by Wednesday, April 20th, 2011, concerning that question I will accept that as your positive affirmation that Ms. Barbara O’Neill is still my attorney in the above cases and that she has not been doing anything in preparation for my defense or trial at your direction.
