It is incredible that United States Attorney, Mr. Thomas Stevens, has not yet picked up the phone and given me a call concerning the letter I sent him. The USDOJ is acting as if there is nothing to investigate. It is devastating upon the integrity of California law enforcement and the judiciary. It involves Secretary of Defense Mr. Leon Panetta and McClatchy Newspapers covering up the crimes. Why in the world wouldn’t Mr. Stevens call…or is he being told not to? I left Mr. Stevens a message on his voice mail to please respond. . . . → Read More: OCCUPY HOMETOWN CITY HALL & Is that you Mr. Creedy?

(LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 14TH, 2011) On October 10th, 2011, I interviewed Mr. David Nilsen in my office for about 30 minutes. You can view the segments which I like to say are similar to Eric Clapton UNPLUGGED at YouTube: Inside Job: Monterey Style Cedar Funding’s Nilsen Unplugged Interview Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3. (Keep checking back for additional parts). I have done no editing because I simply do not have the time to. I will be forwarding links of the article to the Federal attorneys prosecuting Nilsen, Todd Nielsen the Trustee, Larry Parsons of The Monterey Herald, The Monterey Weekly, The Panetta Institute, District Attorney Dean Flippo, and attorneys Mr. Leo Cunningham, Mr. Larry Lichtenegger, Tom Duffy, and Mr. Ralph Guenther, asking for comment and providing them the information, courtesy of The Badger Flats Gazette. You can read “The Wormhole Preface” which discloses in detail how Nilsen ultimately loaned me about $130,000.00 that allowed me to investigate evidence regarding how the Monterey Good ol’ Boys raid citizens for fees and anything else. During the un-cut video, Nilsen discusses the plea agreement made to him by Federal Attorneys in lieu of going to trial. Nilsen says that his own attorney Leo Cunningham of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati knows that he is innocent. . . . → Read More: “Inside Job” Monterey Style: Cedar Fundings’ Nilsen Un-plugged Interview with Gene Forte

Rose colored glasses will shatter if you read the appeals I wrote and won that outlined Panetta’s activity. Panetta at any time (and I am sure he did), could pick up the phone and call Tony Lombardo, attorney for Clint Eastwood, or Michael Stamp, the most respected constitutional attorney in Monterey, and asked them if they witnessed Judge O’Farrell go off and arrest me without cause in his courtroom. (Courtroom Transcript of arrest by Judge O’Farrell). Heck, Panetta could also read the transcript of their depositons that I took of them saying that I didn’t do anything I should have been arrested for. Panetta knew this when the Monterey Herald, that he was writing for, printed Recall Candidate Jailed for Contempt without interviewing me. Leon Panetta knows first hand of the attack by his judicial buddies and cronies upon me. He knows of my winning appeals and of my suffering a heart attack in a courtroom. . . . → Read More: Leon Panetta & McClatchy Newspapers Causing Threat To National Security

LINKS to stories of police officers arrested for DUI put on suspension pending outcome of investigation (Next page). Why not LBPD Stygar? “Los Banos Citizens should demand Los Banos Police Chief Gary Brizzee’s resignation, but given their previous gutless wonder conduct that has caused the arrogance of law enforcement, well…..Let’s see what they do this time.” —Gene Forte Things just keep going to hell in a hand basket and downhill in the public’s trust of Merced County law enforcement and McClatchy Newspapers. It is becoming more evident. The federal case of Forte v. McClatchy Newspapers and the Merced County Good ol’ Boys, et al. (for short) reveal a course of reprehensible conduct against the rights of citizens. Los Banos Police Chief Gary Brizzee, LBE Reporter Cory Pride, Gene Lieb and McClatchy Newspapers co-defendants in the lawsuit, have been concealing from the public since September 23rd, 2011, that LB Commander Chet Stygar was arrested for DUI in Modesto, California (home to the Modesto Bee). . . . → Read More: Los Banos Enterprise & LB PD Chief Brizzee Covering-Up DUI Arrest of on Duty LBPD Cmdr. Forte v. Lichtenegger, Sixth Appellate Court Reply Brief (EXCERPT): “Integrity can be a fleeting thing. I often think that is the only thing some attorneys have that separate them from what the public often thinks of us. It is one thing to not have the respect of the public, but quite another to lose it to the court.” —Larry Lichtenegger (ExParte communication to Judge Robert O’Farrell from Lichtenegger) I. INTRODUCTION Respondent’s brief consists of a presentation and argument which addresses “apples” when the issue is about “oranges” and even though appellant in this reply brief will virtually devastate the opposition with Points and Authorities as to establish why the lower court’s ruling must be overturned, appellant will use analogies to expose the mockery of the American justice system by Judge Robert O’Farrell and Judge Richard Silver that has been to this date anointed by the Sixth District Court of Appeals. . . . → Read More: Integrity Fleets: Screw what the public thinks of attorneys and the Court—Larry J. While being beaten to death by six of Fullerton Police Department’s finest, Kelly Thomas’ last words were, “Help me. Dad! Dad! Dad!” Pretty sad state of affairs, isn’t it? What is so much sadder and actually scarey is that passerbys who watched this taking place did nothing to intervene in the least bit to stop it. . . . → Read More: Law Abiding Citizens: Don’t be the next Kelly Thomas!

“Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste of death but once. – William Shakespeare” One of the most despicable acts of a man is to stand by watching another person being beat to death, a woman raped, or any type of a crime committed against another without trying to help. Would Tom Doniphon back down from Liberty Valance and let Ransom Stoddard get pushed around? Heck no, and Liberty found out the hard way. (Man Who Shot Liberty Valance) Are we mice or are we men? Trust me I’ve heard an awful lot of squeaks from what I refer to as a Gutless Wonder indigenous to Los Banos, Merced County California. When public officials avoid prosecuting each other, or even addressing the evidence of a crime by other public officials, it tilts the entire world out of kilter. I, for one, am not going to stand by and let that happen. Nothing like some bullies ruling and using the laws to persecute those that fight against them to get a true patriots’ dander up. . . . → Read More: What would John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, or Will Smith do about crooked public officials?
