Leon Panetta, now Secretary of Defense, formerly Director of the CIA, has been doing everything within his power to keep a lid on the abuses under the color of law I have been submitted to by Merced County public officials who are being supported by McClatchy Newspapers black out of the story.
When unbiased independent investigators review what has been done to me to cover up the corruption in Merced County it will lead back to what I have on Panetta and his home town cronies in Monterey County. It will destroy any future plan for Panetta becoming President of the United States..and don’t fool yourself…that is his plan.
Panetta called me back in 2003 from the Panetta Institute (what a hoax that is) asking if I could just “move on”. Panetta wanted me just to forget that I caught his son’s law firm, Fenton & Keller, fixing trials with Monterey Superior Court judges.
If you don’t stand up and start demanding that the Los Banos Enterprise, Merced Sun Star, Modesto Bee, Fresno Bee, or any other newspaper in the State of California start reporting upon what is being done to me, I predict that you will be very, very sorry. The lives of you or your family could be in danger based upon what is taking place in Quartzite, Arizona.
Let me explain why.
I can prove that McClatchy Newspapers (which includes the Merced Sun Star and the Los Banos Enterprise) are in league with corrupt public officials of Merced County. They are concealing from citizens that I am being falsely prosecuted for exposing their corruption. I can prove it by comparing the reaction of the media in Arizona when a publisher of a small newspaper, The Desert Freedom Press, who blogs about public corruption, stood up to the police and city council.
On June 28th, 2011, at a City Council meeting in Quartzite, Arizona, Ms. Jennifer “Jade” Jones, 45, had the microphone. As she was speaking into it, Police Chief Jeff Gilbert forced it from her hands under the direction of City Council members against the specific orders of Mayor Ed Foster. Caught on video, it went viral on the internet with over 40,000 views within hours was then allegedly censored off YouTube. It was then put back up at NaturalNews.TV.
Within a matter of days, Quartzite citizens were up in arms saying that the city is steeped in corruption starting with the Chief of Police and the council members. Jones was about to announce that she was going to organize a recall of several council members and the Chief of Police.
The Arizona Republic and FOX News, and Infowars has printed stories about it, and the television network across Arizona is buzzing with the story. The Associated Press also picked up on the story. On Sunday, July 10th, 2011, the City Council members got together in a private meeting, ousted the Mayor, and declared a State of Emergency putting the Chief of Police in charge of the town. Mayor Foster claims the city is now under Marshall Law.
Now let’s compare that to what has happened to me, Gene Forte, the publisher of the Badger Flats Gazette that reports on public corruption in Merced County. Let me show you what took place at a May 2008 Los Banos City Council meeting and the aftermath that followed for three years. It culminated in the tampering of a Merced County Grand Jury investigation about death threats given to me by Mayor Tommy Jones, and what I allege was my false arrest and retaliatory prosecution. No newspaper in Merced County or California has printed a word about.
On May 7th, 2008, when I went to a Los Banos City Hall meeting to read a Certified Recall Petition of Mayor Tommy Jones, Jones cut my microphone off three minutes before my allotted time of five minutes were up. Jones ordered Los Banos Chief of Police Gallagher to remove me from the podium with his then Commander Gary Brizzee.
I was forced from the podium under threat of arrest and escorted out of the council meeting. I was told that if I came back in, I would be arrested. The minute that the officer started to approach the podium to remove me, you can see from the video of the council meeting that the camera operator moved the camera off of me and focused it on the plaque of the City of Los Banos, just as if he was on cue. It was obviously a planned event. It was as if I was in Nazi Germany.
The Los Banos Enterprise and Merced Sun Star did not print one word about it.
Why not? I was reading the Merced County Certified Recall Petition. Even though I didn’t resist the pushing and shoving of me by Chief Gallagher and Brizzee to the degree Jennifer Jones did, or start screaming as she did, I protested. I stood firm while respectfully asking the council members and City attorney for intervention. They didn’t say a word while I was forcibly shoved by police officers out of the room while Mayor Jones supporters stood up, cheered, and mocked me.
I was threatened with arrest if I came back into the room. I was publicly humiliated and all those that had signed the Recall Petition were in fear if they pressed the Recall any further they would be punished like me. I was ostracized from the community by public officials with McClatchy Newspapers’ assistance.
The Certified Recall Petition was signed by some very prominent citizens, such as Marion Santos of Toscano RV, the largest payer of city taxes, Michel and Jeanine Iturbide, owners of The Woolgrowers Restaurant, Mr. Corky Sherwood of Sherwood Grains, Mr. Joe Enos, retired Los Banos City Police Officer, Mr. Tony Dutra owner of “The Paper” and Santos Ford, Charles Sawyer, curator of the Los Banos Museum, Richie, Eddie and Fran Gallichio, Mr. Alvin Deniz, John Pereira and Alan Pereira.
Those citizens are certainly not a bunch of radicals by any stretch of the imagination. Citizens told me after hearing what had been done to me through word of mouth that they feared signing the Recall because their houses could be broken into by youths under the control of Mayor Jones, who was also a high school teacher. They also realized that the Los Banos Enterprise was keeping the story hidden from the public. They were shocked and scared.

Not only was my freedom of speech violated, but it was done by the Mayor that I busted with the Fair Political Practices Commission in March 2008, two months before. The Enterprise knew about it, but again, they didn’t want the public to know how I was being punished by City officials. Jones was found violating disclosure laws by taking undisclosed loans from a developer, Ranchwood Homes.
The city council members stood silent while I was being accosted by the Mayor because they had known about the under the table bribes to Jones but hadn’t said a word about them. I stated at the City Hall meeting also in March 2008 that they should also be tossed out of office along with the Mayor. Therefore, they joined forces with a corrupt mayor to cover their own betrayal of citizens and allowed me to be thrown out of the City Hall meeting in May 2008.
I was also forced to file a lawsuit against Jones on September 18th, 2007 for making up the story that I was a dangerous member of the KKK out to get him. I had to protect my name. Jones had actually told this to Mr. Clinton Galloway, an African American who has been my best friend for forty years and was the best man at my wedding. The Los Banos Enterprise did not breathe a word about it to the citizens of Los Banos.
In February 2009, I was arrested for double felonies for allegedly attacking a judge in a hallway of the Merced Courthouse by Merced County Deputy Chris Picinich in the presence of five Deputy Sheriffs and five Merced County Assistant DA’s. I had to post $117,000.00 bail. The story of my arrest made news in the Los Banos Enterprise and the Merced Sun Star. The stories were written by a Mr. Corey Pride, an African American, who has actually written posts as a Los Banos Enterprise reporter telling people that I was a known racist that should not be allowed in businesses in Los Banos.
Anytime that I went up to speak at a council meeting, Pride, who sits at a desk marked press at the front of the room beside the City Council, would stand up ceremoniously and walk out portraying to the public that nothing I said would ever be printed in the Los Banos Enterprise. It was also a clear warning to anyone who stood alongside of me that they would be ostracized by the Los Banos Enterprise.

Pride wrote the stories about my arrest without interviewing me for my side of the story, and it was wholly inaccurate. It failed to mention that I was at the courthouse in the case against the District Attorney’s office for their siphoning money out of the Underground storage tank fund. The paper did not report that all the Merced County judges had been disqualified from the case, therefore, there could be no court hearing that day.
When I requested to be allowed to give my side of the story, I received no response.
In a commentary by their publisher, Gene Lieb, in June 2009, the Los Banos Enterprise said that I owed the Mayor an apology for calling him a “lying n-word” at a city council meeting. I did not say such. I told him that the Galloway family told me that Jones was a lying n-word for saying Galloway lied under oath when he said that Jones told him I was a dangerous member of the KKK.

In this commentary, the Los Banos Enterprise did not report that I said that I was closer to my African American brothers, the Galloways, than my own white brothers. They did not report that I provided a copies to citizens at City Hall and to the LBE of my tribute, Angel Whispers, about Dr. Galloway who passed away in my arms a few months before. The LBE never responded to my written request for a correction or give me an opportunity to respond.
In July 2009, I was arrested again for the single felony for allegedly attacking Deputy Chris Picinich at the Los Banos Courthouse. I had to post $17,000.00 bail. Again, this story was printed in the Los Banos Enterprise and the Merced Sun Star without my side of the story. Again, I asked the LBE and the Sun Star to interview me for my side of the story and received no response. I offered the evidence of the tape recording of my arrest showing that the deputies lied in their police reports and actually attacked me. Still, no response.
Why not?
On February 24th, 2010, less than thirty days after the FPPC formally found Jones guilty of breaking conflict of interest laws based upon a renewed complaint filed by me, I received death threats “done out of respect and love for my teacher, mayor, and close family friend, Tommy Jones” as stated by the high school student of Jones who sent me the threats.
Jones had a TRO issued against me on March 3rd, 2010, the day of the next City Council meeting which illegally prevented me from going into the City Council meeting to tell citizens about it. Police Commander Brizzee kept me out of the meeting under threat of arrest. My wife was able to go into the meeting and read the death threats saying that we believed they were from Jones.
The Enterprise was present but they did not print a word about it.

In September 2010, District Attorney Larry Morse dropped the three alleged felony charges of attacking a judge and a peace officer and filed misdemeanor charges against me for disturbing the peace. Morse had already told me in July 2010 that he couldn’t even investigate the filing of charges due to his conflict of being a defendant in a lawsuit with me.
I notified the Los Banos Enterprise and the McClatchy Newspapers so they could do a follow up letting citizens know that I was not charged with the felonies. There was no response from them or any follow up article.
In May 2010, I filed a Merced County Grand Jury complaint against DA Larry Morse, Merced County Counsel James Fincher, Supervisor Jerry O’Banion, the Los Banos Police Department, the Merced County Sheriff’s Department, the Los Banos Enterprise, and the Merced Sun Star saying that I had been falsely arrested by Deputy Picinich.
The complaint states that they were covering up for Picinich by falsely prosecuting me. The false prosecution simultaneously concealed that the Los Banos Police Commander Gary Brizzee covered up the death threats I received from Jones and was promoted to LBPD Chief shortly after. I say that he was promoted for covering up the death threats with the District Attorneys office so that they could cover up their false arrest of me by Deputy Picinich at the courthouses.
Between March 11th, 2011 – April 1st 2011, I was contacted and informed by the Grand Jury that they were going to investigate my complaint. Several meetings with them were canceled by them until
I provided information to the Merced Sun Star and the Los Banos Enterprise to report upon as a follow up to my arrests. There was no response from them.
On April 11th, 2011, I filed a Merced Police Report for Grand Jury tampering by Merced County Counsel James Fincher and notified the Los Banos Enterprise and the Merced Sun Star. There was no report upon the story.
You can listen to the recordings of a Stanislaus Deputy Sheriff saying that there was a crime of jury tampering committed by the Merced County Counsel. You can hear the Stanislaus Deputy saying that the police reports of my arrests by the Merced County Sheriff were full of fluff and outright lies.
You can hear the Stanislaus County Deputy say that the newspapers are involved in covering this up and that the public officials feel threatened due to the dirty laundry I have on them. You can listen to the Deputy Sheriff say that the Merced Police Department, Chief Norm Andrade, and Lieutenant Williams, are not following proper law enforcement procedures by not forwarding the completed criminal report to the DA’s Office, so that they could then conflict out, and the police report be forwarded out of the county to neutral parties to investigate and prosecute.

You can even listen to the recordings of DA Larry Morse saying that he could not investigate or file charges against me, let alone prosecute me prior to him doing so.
All of this information is being blasted out on the internet, and being provided to over three thousand attorneys via email in three counties and to the newspapers……so why hasn’t the newspapers in California, or at least in Merced County, said a word about it?
What is taking place in Quartzite, Arizona is an outrageous act against a citizen’s Freedom of Speech, but in all honesty it pales in comparison to what is happening to me here in Merced County.
The event three years ago of me being thrown out of a city council meeting and being threatened with arrest while reading the Certified Recall has led to the cabal of today. It has caused my false arrest and retaliatory prosecution. It is the story of public officials and the newspapers working together covering egregious acts against me to cover up for the last. Each has grown worse and more pronounced. It now has dragged in all of the Merced Superior Court Judges under the leadership of Judge Brian McCabe. The Grand Jury system has been tarnished beyond repair.
The only answer why you are not hearing about my story is because it involves the entire justice system in Merced County, including Superior Court Judges. It is connected to my putting seven judges into retirement in Monterey who are directly connected to Leon Panetta who is now our Secretary of Defense.
You should be very concerned why you haven’t heard about what is taking place with me in the Merced County newspapers or California newspapers. The Arizona Republic printed a story about a single event of a person being removed from a council meeting. Now, Quartzite is under a State of Emergency. The city council members were receiving death threats from around the nation for the single outrageous act of throwing Jones out of a City Hall meeting. Compare that to what has been taking place with me that has not been printed about.
I submit that the media coverage of Quartzite is a sleight of hand portending that if they knew about government officials violating a citizens rights to Freedom of Speech they would be all over it. At the same time, it portends to show that public officials such as a Mayor stood up against other public officials to stop the violation of a citizens rights.
Now, I’m not saying that did not happen to some extent, but I can show here in Merced County is that when my rights to Freedom of Speech were violated by a corrupt Mayor I busted with the FPPC, and exposed a corrupt City Council, I received death threats for it that were covered up by the District Attorneys office, the police department and McClatchy Newspapers. I can show that I was falsely arrested and am being vindictively prosecuted in retaliation for exposing the public corruption by the government. The newspapers not only staying silent but partnering with the government to keep their own involvement in the cabal concealed.
Sooner or later, the nation will one day turn its eyes on Merced County and what has been done, and is being done to me by public officials with the newspapers’ help. What has been done to me cannot be undone. The record is there for all to see. It is incontrovertible.
What would Madame DeFarge do?
Americans will look upon Merced County citizens, public officials, and newspapers that stood silent with disdain. They will see citizens here that stood silent as part of the corrupt government that needs to be taken down. I’m willing to bet that there are a number of zealous patriots, who unlike me, will come looking for every public official, judicial officer, officer of the court and newspapers reporter that has closed their eyes to this cabal in Merced County.
California newspapers will be burned to the ground, not by me or anyone connected to me, but by a revolution that will ignite. For years, in my court documents, I emphasized that I was trying to avert a bloody revolution. But, as the public officials always do, they covered for each other. They thought that I would go away. They continued to do something worse to cover up what they had already done that was wrong. They have now reached the end of their rope.
Let me just candidly tell you has the power to control the media and stop the FBI from investigating this matter that I have brought to their attention repeatedly. It is none other than Mr. Leon Panetta who has his sights set on the White House. What has taken place in Quartzite is small potatoes in comparison to what has taken place to me. The actions of public officials done under the color of law to me that I can prove was done in league with the third largest newspapers in the nation will devastate any hope Panetta has to become president.
It is time now to put public opinion pressure upon the public officials, the newspapers, and the courts to diffuse this matter by giving me only what every American is entitled to, fairness and justice.
The media attention to the story in Quartzite, Arizona, about a person being thrown out of a City hall meeting for talking about public corruption proves without a doubt that the actions that have been done to me concealing that I was thrown out of a City Hall meeting, and the relentless cover-up of it leading to my false arrest, and the Grand Jury tampering of an investigation are newsworthy.
