Waiting for Justice
Is California Attorney General Kamala Harris’s office covering up a Merced County PD investigation filed by Gene Forte alleging Merced County Grand Jury tampering by Merced County Counsel James Fincher?
It sure looks like it! Time is on the devil’s side in the stalling game.
The modus operandi of public officials in avoiding being held accountable is to attenuate out as far as possible giving any answers, or a response. By doing so they give the impression that you don’t even exist. Any clamoring from you after years of being ignored really gets annoying to them.
They become indignant and call you vexatious for not “just moving on” from their ignoring you and your rights. They want you to understand that they screwed you, there is nothing you can do about it……. so get over it.
Government officials make book that the person complaining against them after being maligned by their press division will become penniless, destitute and die.
It is straight out of the devils handbook under most used tool in the shed–”Discouragement”.
Case in point is that on April 11th, 2011, Gene Forte filed a Merced Police Department Report #11-13828 with Lieutenant Matt Williams for alleged Merced County Grand Jury Tampering by Merced County Counsel James Fincher of his own investigation.
Forte named as witnesses Grand Juror Annette Tomsha and Grand Jury Foreperson Ms. Barbara Ellington and James Fincher as the suspect. Forte provided emails between he and the Grand Jury documenting the overt acts of jury tampering by Fincher and parties unknown.
By April 18th, 2011 Williams was gone for a two week vacation with the investigation hanging in mid air only to be crash landed on May 18th, 2011. Forte obtains a copy of the police report by Williams that only Williams mother could love due to the gross inaccuracies.
Williams suggested that the report be destroyed. Forte suggested it not be.
From May 18th, 2011 through June 4th, 2011, it has now come to Merced Police Chief Norm Andrade saying he is awaiting his orders from the Attorney General’s Office whose was a subject under investigation of the jury tampering to get their permission to release the report to Forte.
Why is there such a total disregard of every conflict, or the appearance of fairness when it comes to addressing why Forte was arrested for three felonies for allegedly attacking a judge and officer that were charged as now only misdemeanors?
Video tapes from courthouse surveillance camera that would have captured the one hour and forty-five minute attack by Forte on the judge have not been produced. The same camera operator would have been capturing the alteration that allegedly lasted over an hour and forty-five minutes in the courthouse hallway. The surveillance cameras were right above the incident…but no recording preserved? Whats up with that?
Forte says he is under attack for writing about public official corruption in the Badger Flats Gazette which led to the covering up of death threats. Now that sounds pretty feasible doesn’t it?
The Grand jury investigation that was tampered with was to address Forte’s complaint saying that death threats given him by a high school student (Anthony Donaldson Bates) of then Mayor Tommy Jones, were covered up by then Los Banos PD Commander Gary Brizzee with ADA Alan Turner for Morse.
Turner continues as the prosecutor steadfastly saying that he doesn’t know about, and has not listened to the conversation with Morse saying that any case against Forte would be unethical to pursue. For Turner to play completely oblivious to reality of not knowing such he would also need to avoid reading this June 14, 2010 letter from Forte reminding Turner he was committing unlawful acts under the color of law.
Invariably every law enforcement officer and attorney have concluded the threat made by Donaldson was a clear felony violation of CPC 422. The Badger Flats Bite entitled, “Death Threats” gives some pertinent documents.
Forte says that it was Jones who was the beneficiary of the death threat given by a juvenile under his influence that was orchestrating it.
Ms. Barbara O’Neill, Forte’s fourth assigned public defender prior to selling Forte out said that she had a client doing several years in prison for a writing that paled in comparison to maniacal rants of Donaldson “for the love of his mayor”.
When AP Wire announced that Gene Forte of The Badger Flats Gazette in “The Ball Game” broke the story about Jones taking under the table loans local public officials started getting queasy. Forte was building credibility.
Attorney General Bill Lockyer, a familiar adversary of Forte, was already panicking about Forte uncovering the connection to millions of dollars being drained out of a secret cash cow for the State, the Underground Storage Tank Fund in the Badgers’ issue Silence if Golden, “The Merced County MTbE Cover-up”.
Forte received the death threats within thirty days after the California Fair Political Practices Commission found then Mayor Jones had broken conflict of interest laws by accepting loans from Greg Hostetler of Ranchwood Homes, while voting on annexation issues for Hostetler.

We now come down to waiting for Merced PD Chief Norm Andrade to get approval from the suspects of the police report to give it to Forte the victim.
That means an awful lot more of………..
