MPD REPORT FILED FOR GRAND JURY TAMPERING

On April 11th, 2011 Gene Forte filed City of Merced Police Report #11-18328 with Lieutenant Matt Williams against Merced County Counsel James Fincher accusing him of tampering with a Merced County Grand Jury that was investigating Fincher. Forte is blasting that information across the Internet and in fact sent a copy of it to Fincher himself. Filing a false police report is very serious business. Therefore, all Fincher has to do to shut Forte up is come after Forte for doing so. Of course, the major problem that Fincher has is that he knows he did tamper with the Grand Jury…. and Forte has the evidence to prove it.
